Moscato Giallo

Bright straw yellow, fruity, with delicate aromas of nutmeg, pleasant acidity, and an intense finish.
The microclimate and the soil combine in this historic vineyard near Lake Kaltern to give our bright Moscato Giallo its full fruitiness. Cool nights add a lively acidity and spiciness. The dry wine offers aromatic notes of ripe peaches and nutmeg on the nose. On the palate, the wine presents fruity aromas, a pleasant acidity, and juiciness. It finishes intensely and persistently.
Manual harvesting and selection of the grapes. Gentle pressing after a few hours of cold maceration. Pre-clarification by sedimentation. Fermentation under controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks followed by ageing on the fine lees.
