Vino spumante rosé Brut

Delicate salmon pink, with berry aromas, fruit-driven, fresh, and a lively perlage.

This sparkling wine, made from 100% Schiava grapes from the renowned Bischofsleiten vineyard, encapsulates the unique terroir around Lake Kaltern. Grown on old vines in the steep slopes of the Seehof, this sparkling wine brings the best of South Tyrol to the glass. The grapes thrive on traditional pergolas. It entices with aromas of raspberry, sour cherry, and a hint of watermelon. Dry on the palate, fresh, with lively bubbles, it impresses with a fruity and elegant finish.

Careful selection of Schiava grapes. After a brief maceration, the grapes are gently pressed and cool-fermented. The wine then ages for 6 months in stainless steel tanks on the fine lees. A second fermentation in a pressure tank for about 30 days creates its fine bubbles.
