Get to know Castel Sallegg: cellar tour & tasting of five wines
Come to the Vineria wine bar of Castel Sallegg and get to know the winery! There is a cellar tour with wine tasting three times per week. Our sommeliers will take you on a journey through time into our world of wine. Delve deep into our past, deep into our 1000-year-old castle cellar. Listen to stories about the castle, the winery and the wines. At five stops, you will taste wines from our historic wineries.

You will taste five wines from the Nobilis and Serenis lines, grown and refined at our winery in Kaltern am See. An exciting rendezvous with our terroir and our history.

Individual guided tastings of seven wines
This wine seminar with seven of our greatest wines is the ideal way to acquaint yourself with our Castel Sallegg winery. In an exclusive atmosphere, you can delve into our history, learn about our terroir, and familiarise yourself with the philosophy of our oenologist Matthias Hauser. You'll be treated to our premiere wines and hear fascinating stories about the Sallegg Castle winery, the work in the cellar, and the historical wine cellars. Sommelier Andreas or another team member will accompany you on your journey with a tasting of seven select vintages.

Goosebump moments: Guided tour through our 1000-year-old cellar
Follow the trail of wine! Round off your wine tasting by booking a guided tour of the cellar. Together we descend 10 metres below the castle into our 1000-year-old wine cellar. Listen to stories about the winery, the cellar work, the various wine cellars and the journey of the wine within the historic walls of Sallegg Castle.

Winevibes in the Vineria wine bar
A breath-taking atmosphere, finger food and clinking glasses, magnificent wines and spirited companionship – the Winevibes in the Vineria wine bar have established themselves as a premiere wine event. Evenings when the world seems to stand still. A much-deserved time-out in an exclusive atmosphere amidst the historical Leisenpuiten vineyard and the heart of our wine estate, with wine, excellent finger food, and music.
