Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is available on the day of arrival between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Please inform us if you plan to arrive after 5:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:30 AM.
Children
To ensure a peaceful retreat for all our guests, our rooms and suites are available exclusively to guests aged 18 and over. Thank you for your understanding.
Dogs and other pets
Perfect for connoisseurs, but less so for four-legged friends: we kindly ask for your understanding that dogs and other pets cannot be accommodated in our Castel Sallegg Suites.
Non-smoking
We are a non-smoking hotel. All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation and travel insurance
In the event of a cancellation, the following fees apply:
- Up to 1 month before arrival: no cancellation fee.
- From 1 month before arrival: 50% of the booking amount.
- From 7 days before arrival: 80% of the booking amount.
- In case of early departure or no-show: the full booking amount will be charged.
We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover any unexpected costs in such cases.

Reserved parking in close proximity.
E-Mobility
Our CSS guests have access to two charging stations (14 kW). Cost: € 40 per full charge.
